Digital products

The 30 Days Gratitude Journal and its bonuses are digital PDF downloads that are delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete.

Cancellations

Orders are processed and delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

When we will help

We want you to have a great experience. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your downloads.
• A file is damaged, will not open, or is missing pages.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

In these cases we will first resend or replace your files. If we cannot fix the problem, or if you were charged twice, we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
